The pension of Mrs. Tutcher is paid on the

same basis as Mrs. Parkinsone, and I enclose a copy of

a letter which the Colonial Secretary addressed to Mrs.

Tutcher intimating that her pension should be paid in

the manner indicated by you in the case of Mrs.Parkinson,

5. It would appear however from the latter part

of the Colony's telegram that all dollar pensions should

now be paid at a fixed rate of 3/- plus a temporary increase

of 25%, and in the circumstances, I have to request the

Secretary of State's instructions before taking any

action on the three pensions concerned.
